The manual barrier
Standard characteristics:
- Arm: 84 x 57 oval white lacquered aluminium or Ø80 mm round white lacquered aluminium, up to 8 m
- Mechanism: Ø25 mm shaft, supported by 2 bearings mounted on brackets
- Counterbalance: 1 to 2 compression springs depending on the arm length
- Housing: 2 mm thick cataphoresis treated steel sheet, with a Ronis 405 lock
- Cover: 2 mm aluminium sheet with RAL 9010 paint
- Locking system: Arm in the open and closed position with lockable locking pin

A25-60 C80
The ALE A25-60-C80 bollard manufactured by AMCO is an automatic retractable bollard with a remote hydraulic drive system. Made of steel 25 cm in diameter, 60 cm high and painted with RAL, the surfaces exposed to tread (top of bollard and floor plate) are made of stainless steel. The bollard is supplied with 15 m of hydraulic pipe for connection to the One-C control module. This bollard is motorised by an industrial hydraulic pump, which is offset in an adjoining unit (Totem, cabinet, technical room, etc.). The underground part of the bollard does not contain any integrated sensitive elements Its resistance is certified with a crash test, during which the bollard stopped a 1.75-tonne HGV travelling at 80km/h, with the bollard remaining operational after the impact and without vehicle entry, supplemented by a digital crash test carried out by an independent Cofrac-accredited body in accordance with IWA14-1, proving its ability to stop a 7.5-tonne HGV travelling at 64km/h.

EDR 24
The ALE EDR24 is a retractable power distribution bollard with a capacity of 10 to 12 x 230V sockets. It has a gas spring-assisted pivoting opening system. The frame is made of galvanised steel, and all visible and moving parts are made of stainless steel. The EDR24 bollard is equipped as standard with a filling cover plate to imitate the type of floor in the construction. The cover plate is equipped with two cable guides, allowing the bollard to be used while connected, in the closed position. The EDR24 bollard is custom-made according to the user’s needs and can accept any type of power (230V / 400V electricity, water, compressed air, RJ45, sound system, etc.). The retaining flange housing the equipment is made of reinforced stainless steel, and can be dismantled. It is delivered separately from the bollard, ensuring that the product is intact when received by the customer. The sockets are IP67, and the electrical protections are integrated under an IP67 window. It is locked with a pin lock, with no sunken relief, facilitating preemption and cleaning
